Culver’s to open Monday in Middleburg

The grand opening will be at 9 a.m. Monday.

Culver’s will open its first Northeast Florida restaurant Monday at 1767 Blanding Blvd. in Middleburg. 

Don and Lori Lichte and their daughter, Sophie, are developing the initial location of the Wisconsin-based restaurant, which features its signature ButterBurger, cheese curds and frozen custard. 

Several more sites by other franchisees are in review, including in Duval County at Collins Town Center at Interstate 295 and Collins Road and in St. Johns County at The Fountains at St. Johns off County Road 210 West. 

The ribbon-cutting will be 9 a.m. and regular hours will be 10 a.m.-10 p.m. daily.
