The Northeast Florida Chapter of the NAIOP Commercial Real Estate Development Association welcomed registered members to a tour of Downtown office buildings and wine-tasting Thursday.
Each of the six stops on the walking tour featured a brief presentation from representatives of the buildings, a wine paired with hors d'oeuvres and socializing.
Certified Sommelier (Court of Master Sommeliers) and Certified Specialist of Wine (Society of Wine Educators) Kris Chislett provided education on each of the selected wines.
The evening concluded with an after-party on the fourth floor of the tour’s last stop, the Dyal-Upchurch Building at 6 E. Bay St.
