The RiverTown master-planned community in St. Johns County has opened two new neighborhoods.
Mattamy Homes now is offering homes in The Homestead and The Gardens.
Homes in The Homestead, located near the community’s new RiverClub amenity center and Florida 13, will start in the $240,000s.
The Gardens neighborhood is a collection of rear-lane homes, with the garage at the back and a porch in the front, starting from the mid $200,000s.
Mattamy is now building homes in seven RiverTown communities ranging from 1,600 square feet to more than 3,760 square feet.
RiverClub, a $6 million amenity center on the banks of the St. Johns River, is scheduled to open in early 2018.
When complete, RiverTown will have 4,500 homes on 4,500 acres, 50 percent of which is preserve.
