Plastic foam cups are off the menu at Jacksonville University campus dining services locations starting this semester, one of the first changes put in place by new Sustainability Coordinator Carrie-Lynn Black. JU is one the first of Chick-fil-A’s regional locations to convert to International Paper’s “ecotainer” packaging products for its cups.
