32 apply to replace retiring judges Cooper and Haddock

The 4th Circuit Judicial Nominating Commission received 32 applications to fill vacancies due to the retirements of Circuit Judges Mallory Cooper and Lawrence Haddock Jr.

The commission will meet Oct. 6 to determine which applicants to interview.

The interviews will be Oct. 19 in Chief Judge Mark Mahon’s chambers at the Duval County Courthouse.

The applicants are:
