The Jacksonville Sheriff's Office released a surveillance video that showed a car being driven down Sierra Madre Drive (23 seconds into the video) and a man police says is William Ruben Ebron Jr. running down the street away from the car (2:36 into the video).

Police canceled the Amber Alert for Lonzie Barton, saying they believe Ebron killed the 21-month-old boy. Lonzie, the son of Ebron's girlfriend, was reported missing by Ebron 10 days ago.

The video was taken minutes before Ebron called police and said his car had been stolen with Lonzie inside the vehicle.
