How can someone else become involved? Call someone you know or any nonprofit agency, attend a meeting or a fundraising event and volunteer to serve on a committee. You will never regret your involvement.
What have you learned/achieved through the experience? There are so many ways to serve the community and to help less fortunate people. It’s so rewarding to give back to the community and to help people in need.
