The Jacksonville Association of Fire Fighters hosted a Christmas party for children Thursday at the union hall off Stockton Street. Dozens of bicycles wait for new riders. Santa talks to one of 36 children with cerebral palsy who were surprised with their own specialized bikes. The association partners with Wolfson Children’s Hospital, which has a benefactor who buys the bikes. The firefighters then build them.
