Toll Brothers launched the 2006 Platinum Realtor Club, an incentive program for Realtors, at the World Golf Village Renaissance Resort recently.

The Platinum Realtor Club was designed to reward Realtors for promoting Toll Brothers communities. The program pays advance commissions of 100 percent up to 20 percent of total commissions, in addition to three percent commission on the full price of a new home. It also offers escalating bonuses, $1,000 for the first sale, $1,500 on the second sale and $2,000 for the third and subsequent sales.

“Our local Realtors are a major force in our success,” said Bruce Lingerfelt, vice president of Toll Brothers of Northeast Florida. “We feel it’s important for them to benefit from helping their buyers find the best Toll Brothers home.”

Realtors are required to accompany their client on their initial visit, and when registered, that registration is valid for 90 days (although extensions are available).

“We’ve listened to the Realtors in our market,” said Lingerfelt. “They have an excellent opportunity to be rewarded and their clients will enjoy Toll Brothers high quality and excellent service.”

Toll Brothers has instituted the program nationwide, but this marks the first time that the program has been utilized in the Northeast Florida market. Realtors can visit www.TollRealtor.com for more information.
