Watson Custom Home Builders proudly announces that it has broken ground on the 2007 CBS-47 Dream Home. This year’s Dream Home will be the second time the homebuilder has teamed up with CBS-47 and TLConcepts to present the showcase home.
The first CBS-47 Dream was completed in 2006.
This year’s Dream Home will be a stunning, 4,000-square-foot-plus design located on a premium homesite within the brand new, master-planned community of Aberdeen. The Dream Home will be one of the first of 2,000 homes to be built in this amazing community that is located in Northwest St. Johns County, just west of Durbin Crossing.
The 2007 CBS-47 Dream Home will be the subject of a weekly series airing on CBS-47. The series of vignettes will showcase the construction of this upscale, cutting-edge home with featured spots highlighting the installation of modernistic building products, services and design elements from a select group of participants.
“The CBS-47 Dream Home is a great way for people to see the latest and most up-to-date products and gather ideas for their own homes while contributing to a very worthy charity,” said Doug Griesemer, vice president of Watson Custom Home Builders.
Upon completion of the six-month project, the 2007 CBS-47 Dream Home will be open to the public for touring. Tour tickets will be sold through participating vendors with a portion of the proceeds going directly towards Big Brothers Big Sisters of St. Johns County.
