Rockler Woodworking and Hardware, a Minnesota-based retailer of products, services and training for woodworkers and do-it-yourselfers, is under tenant construction in the former Pier 1 Imports store in St. Johns Town Center.
The city issued a permit July 19 for VSI Construction & Facility Services of Brookland Park, Minnesota, to build-out 10,807 square feet for Rockler at a cost of $498,624.

The new store will feature Rockler innovations (new products), a “huge lumber outlet,” top power tool brands, classes and more.

Core States Group of Minneapolis is the architect.
Rockler Woodworking has 42 stores in 23 states, its website shows. It also has independent resellers.
