It describes 2725 College St. a free-standing brick building at the signalized intersection of College and King streets.
It says the 5,454-square-foot structure was built in 1928 and renovated in 1995.
The 2735 College St. address is an adjacent residential lot that could be rezoned for future commercial use.
The property is owned by 2725 College Street LLC, led by Scott McAlister.
