RH Jacksonville, The Gallery at St. Johns Town Center, will open in late 2020, mall owner Simon Property Group announced Feb. 25.
The three-story store will offer 50,000 square feet of indoor and outdoor space and offer luxury home furnishings, lighting, textiles, decor and more.
The RH will feature a signature glass-covered Rooftop Restaurant and a Barista & Wine Bar that will open to a landscaped park.
The store will blur the lines between residential and retail, indoors and outdoors, home and hospitality, a news release said.
Floors will be dedicated to RH Interiors, Modern and Outdoor. RH Interior Design Firm & Atelier also will be in the store.
RH is part of St. Johns Town Center’s fourth phase at the southeast corner of the center.
“Our goal is to continually enhance our visitor’s experience by delivering the exclusive, first-to-market brands the Jacksonville market craves. We are confident the addition of RH will give the community an even more compelling reason to visit,” said Ashlee Schneider, director of marketing and business development at St. Johns Town Center, in a news release.
Additional plans for the fourth phase, which have not been officially announced, include a theater, hotel and additional retail space.
Landlord Simon Property Group, through St. Johns Town Center LLC, sought city approval Feb. 13 for the RH project at 4831 Village Shops Way. The site is east of the shops that include Tesla and Apple.
RH changed its name from Restoration Hardware in 2017.
The company is based in Corte Madera, near San Francisco, and operates 70 RH Galleries and 40 RH Outlet stores in 32 states, the District of Columbia and Canada, as well as 15 Waterworks showrooms throughout the United States and in the U.K.
