Toll Brothers announced Sept. 23 that Terraces at San Marco, its 27-unit luxury town house community next to East San Marco, will open for sale early next year.
“This community represents a unique opportunity for homebuyers looking for the latest in contemporary new home designs with an urban appeal,” Steve Merten, division president of Toll Brothers in North Florida, said in a news release.
“Terraces at San Marco is the only new construction townhome community in the area, and its ideal location near the St. Johns River is sure to make it popular with buyers.”
The town houses will be on 1.03 acres at Atlantic Boulevard and Arcadia Place.
Plans show five town house buildings comprising four with six units each and one with three.
The community will offer contemporary designs and optional rooftop terraces, the release said.
Town homes will start in the low $500,000s. Buyers can choose from two- to four-bedroom layouts with two or three bathrooms.
Toll Brothers paid $2 million for the property in August.
Site work on the property is underway.
