• Brad Thoburn was named Michael Baker International vice president and Southeast regional transportation and surface transportation planning lead.
Thoburn is responsible for development and management of the Southeast region’s transit and planning business plan and growth strategy.
Thoburn most recently was vice president of planning and development at the Jacksonville Transportation Authority.
• North Florida Land Trust added two board members. Allison DeFoor is an Episcopal priest and serves as Canon to the Ordinary to the Bishop of the Diocese of Florida in Jacksonville. DeFoor has experience in Florida conservation programs. Mike Barker, a partner with Terra Capital Holdings Inc., has experience in real estate consulting and investments.
• Hyatt Regency Jacksonville Riverfront added two sales team members.
Josh Hoce is associate director of sales. He has more than 10 years of experience in the Jacksonville market in the hotel industry and at Visit Jacksonville. Hoce will be responsible for management of large specialty groups such as professional sports and religious groups.
Laura Gonzalez Pena was named meeting connections/business travel sales manager. Most recently, Pena served the Hyatt Regency Orlando as business and leisure travel coordinator.
• Chris Glenn joined Orange Park Medical Center as chief financial officer. Glenn has been with Hospital Corporation of America for 11 years and most recently served as chief financial officer at TriStar Greenview Regional Hospital in Bowling Green, Kentucky.
