Indicted former JEA CEO Aaron Zahn has listed his two-story, six-bedroom, seven-bath, 7,371-square-foot Jacksonville Beach home for sale at $2.95 million, according to Zillow.com.

The asking price is $400 per square foot for the house, which is on 1.31 acres at 307 S. 15th St.

The house was listed Feb. 25, five days before the indictment was issued March 2 in the U.S. District Court, Middle District, Jacksonville Division, charging Zahn with two counts of conspiring to steal and obtain by fraud city funds that would have been generated by the sale of city utility JEA.

If convicted on all counts, he faces 25 years in federal prison.

The house is fronted by South 15th Street and is across from Wingate Park, which includes a dog park and softball, baseball and football fields.

Zillow’s payment calculator states that a buyer with a 720 credit rating would need a $590,000 down payment, and the monthly payment for a 30-year loan at 3.75% APR would be $10,855 per month.

The house is fronted by South 15th Street and is across from Wingate Park, which includes a dog park and softball, baseball and football fields.

It has an attached four-car garage. The backyard is wooded with views of the Intracoastal Waterway.

There is a deck, a stone fire pit area and a small storage hut. Inside are a wine room, music room and large laundry area.

The front entrance is paved and features a fountain.

According to the Duval County Property Appraiser, the house was built in 1976.

The existing house was built in 2005, according to Zillow.com. Its current taxable value is $1,012,930.

Zahn and his wife, Mary Branan Ennis Zahn, bought the house Jan. 25, 2019, for $1.182 million from the Lyle P. and Victoria Reigel Marital Property Trust of Jacksonville Beach, records show.
