  • Mayo Clinic, 4500 San Pablo Road S., contractor is Auld & White Constructors LLC, 1,328 square feet, interior exam area renovation, $1 million.

Industrial

  • Park 295 Building D, 2845 Ignition Drive, contractor is James R. Vannoy & Sons Construction Co. Inc., foundation, portion of $260 million.
  • Warehouse Rentals LLC, 2730 Pickettville Road, contractor is Bassford Industrial Construction LLC, 381,900 square feet, two permits for new buildings, $10.45 million.
  • The Boeing Co., 6211 Aviation Ave., contractor is The Haskell Co., 8,750 square feet, new ground-support equipment and tooling building portion of the maintenance, repair and overhaul facility, $1.62 million.

  • Sunshine State Plumbing LLC, 815 Haines St., contractor is Crane Construction of Jacksonville Inc., alteration, $100,000.
  • San Marco East Plaza, 3563 Philips Highway, contractor is Crabtree Construction Co., dumpster enclosure, $15,000.
