Crumbl Cookies and St. Johns Eye Associates are joining East San Marco, reported shopping center developer Regency Centers on April 14.
That leaves one retail space available in the center under construction at Hendricks Avenue and Atlantic Boulevard, said Eric Apple, Regency Centers leasing agent, in an email.
Tenants previously announced at the Publix Super Markets Inc.-anchored center are Gemma’s Fish + Oyster, a seafood concept restaurant and oyster bar; Orangetheory Fitness; and Foxtail Coffee Co.
The available unit comprises 3,599 square feet of enclosed space with patio seating suitable for a restaurant, Apple said.
The 60,000-square-foot Publix is scheduled to open this summer.
St. Johns Eye Associates has two locations in St. Johns County, at 161 Hampton Point Drive, Suite 3 off County Road 210, and in Nocatee Town Center at 100 Marketside Ave., Suite 305. It plans to open in World Golf Village near Greenwise Market in the fall, according to its website.
It will be the fifth Jacksonville store for Crumbl.
The chain has two stores open and three more on the way, including the East San Marco location.
Open are stores at 3267 Hodges Blvd. in Pablo Creek Plaza East and at 11406 San Jose Blvd. in the Mandarin Oaks shopping center.
A third shop is planned for OakLeaf Plantation Center at 9526 Argyle Forest Blvd., Suite 6.
A fourth is planned at 572 Marsh Landing Parkway in the South Beach Parkway shopping center in Jacksonville Beach.
