Chief Circuit Judge Mark Mahon issued an administrative order March 19 that cancels foreclosure sales through April 3.
All foreclosure sales ordered by both County and Circuit Courts in Duval County scheduled March 19 through April 3 were canceled and will be reset upon a proper motion and order from the court.
Also, the enforcement of any writ of possession or writ of eviction issued in Duval County is stayed between March 19 and April 3.
No enforcement of issued eviction orders will take place during that time.
