Beazer Homes has broken ground and opened its new sales center at Sumerlin, a gated neighborhood enclave at Bartram Park in south Jacksonville.

“Sumerlin will be a warm and inviting neighborhood featuring two varieties of homes with sophisticated style,” said Vice President Tom Daddario. “The carefully planned residences are ideal for couples and individuals on-the-go who desire low-maintenance living with access to community amenities.”

Visitors to the sales center at Sumerlin can meet with Beazer Homes’ new home counselors and review floor plans and new home designs for the homebuilder’s new townhomes and terrace homes. The townhomes are now open for sales and Beazer Homes is forming an interest list for the terrace homes. Sales on the terrace homes will open in November.

Priced from the mid-$100s, the new townhomes at Sumerlin feature 1,300 square feet with two bedrooms, two-and-a-half baths, a loft and a covered patio. The terrace homes range from 1,800 square feet with two bedrooms and two-and-a-half baths to 2,100 square feet with three bedrooms and two-and-a-half baths. The terrace homes are available in five roomy floor plans, each with a two-car garage and covered patio. These homes are priced from the low-$200s.

Both the townhomes and terrace homes will include walk-in closets, knockdown ceilings throughout, volume ceilings on a second story and a garden tub in the master suite.

Sumerlin will feature landscaping, lakes, sidewalks, a fitness center, swimming pool and cabana for all residents to enjoy.
