Making good on early predictions, the City reopened Duval Street near the new Main Library Monday. Closed since March 2003, one lane of the Westbound road will remain open during the work week. A second will open to vehicular traffic on Saturday and Sunday. Library project manager Rex Holmlin said sidewalks will be addressed at a later date.
