Sealed bids will be received by JAXPORT until 2:00 PM (EST), local time, FRIDAY, MAY 26, 2017, at which time they shall be opened in the Public Meeting Room of the Port Central Office Building, 2831 Talleyrand Avenue, Jacksonville, Florida, for WEIGHT LOAD SYSTEM FOR PACECO CRANE #3805.

Statements of Qualifications will be received by the Jacksonville Aviation Authority (JAA or the Authority) until the Official Solicitation Due Date and Time of June 20, 2017, at 2:00 PM (local time) for the purpose of conducting a site analysis, conceptual site planning and feasibility study for the non-aeronautical / mixed-use commercial site on the east side of Cecil Airport (“Cecil”).
Additionally, JAA is contemplating similar non-aeronautical development land on the southeast portion of Jacksonville Executive at Craig Airport (“JaxEx”) and at the Jacksonville International Airport (“JAX”) on land to be accessed by International Airport Boulevard, Pecan Park Road and/or the new North Access Road.
Subject to the response received from this RFQ, JAA may elect to: 1) negotiate directly if only one response is received or only one Respondent is deemed qualified; 2) issue a Request for Proposals (RFP) from all qualified and interested parties, which may or may not be exclusive to those responding hereto; or 3) not proceed with the project at this time.
All Statement of Qualifications shall be submitted in strict accordance with RFQ No. 17-17-43101, which may be obtained after 8:30 AM (local time) on April 24, 2017 from www.flyjacksonville.com, click on bid opportunities.

The Office of Facilities Design and Construction announces that professional services are required for a contract for Asbestos Environmental Consulting Services on a Continuing Contract Basis for Duval County Public Schools. The firm(s) selected under an annual contract will be responsible for assigned projects having estimated construction costs and study fees not exceeding the threshold amounts of $2,000,000 (construction) and $200,000 (study fees) respectively, provided for in §287.055 Florida Statutes. This will be a multiple award contract for an initial period of one year with an option to renew for two additional one-year periods. The selected firm(s) shall be required to execute the Duval County School Board standard form of agreement. Applicants are advised that plans, drawings, specifications for these projects become the property of the Owner.

SCOPE OF WORK: The project consists of demolition and removal including associated electrical and water connections of portable classroom buildings at various schools. The estimated construction cost is not to exceed $136,000.
