Mayor John Peyton, the City and the Captains’ Club present the 26th annual Blessing of the Fleet at 2 p.m. March 28 on the Northbank of the St. Johns River. The Jacksonville office will report to the merged North and Central Florida Chapter’s new executive director. • Clay Tousey III, an attorney with Fisher, Tousey, Leas & Ball, has an idea he thinks would help Downtown and make use of the Laura Trio. Tousey, who worked one summer for former Mayor John Delaney, would like to see the buildings turned into an “arts dorm” for art majors at the University of North Florida, which now operates MOCA.
