The Tennessee-based bank is setting up its Jacksonville offices at 501 Riverside Ave.

The city is reviewing a building permit for Pinnacle Financial Partners on the first floor of 501 Riverside Ave. in the Brooklyn area of Downtown at a project cost of $1 million.

Jacksonville-based Auld & White Constructors LLC is the contractor for to 5,090-square-foot project.

Plans show offices, teller, reception and collaboration areas, training and meeting rooms, a lobby and an ATM.
