Two retailers whose exclusive Jacksonville locations opened at Johns Town Center are renovating and expanding.

Mayors Jewelers and Louis Vuitton operate at the southern end of the center, which was the second phase of the Southside center that added luxury brands like Tiffany & Co. and Coach.

The city is reviewing building permits for Mayors and Louis Vuitton.
