Fitness and athletic club Life Time buys 8.5 acres in Seven Pines

It plans a two-story, 85,000-square-foot location with an outdoor beach club, lap and leisure pool, outside bistro and other amenities in the master-planned community at Butler and I-295.

Life Time bought 8.5 acres at the entrance of Seven Pines to develop its first athletic resort club in Northeast Florida and the sixth in the state.

The club's location is at southwest Butler and Kernan boulevards.

Through LTF Real Estate Co. Inc., Life Time bought the land from the Skinner Family through Sawmill Timber LLC.
