The 182-unit Hollybrook Homes Apartments at 104 King St. sold Oct. 16 for $18 million.

The property is in the Lackawanna neighborhood of West Jacksonville.

180 Cypress Development Group of Jacksonville sold the apartments through Hollybrook Homes Inc, a not-for-profit organization.
